At this level, it’s rarely about saying the perfect thing.

It’s about knowing WHEN to step in.
WHO needs you most.
And sometimes… knowing when the artist simply needs space.

Over the past weeks in Vienna, I witnessed firsthand just how intense this journey truly is; not only for the artist carrying the hopes of a nation, but for every single person working tirelessly behind the scenes.

I also learned that support doesn’t always happen from the front row.

Due to accreditation limitations, there were moments where I couldn’t physically be where I wanted to be. At times, that felt tough… even helpless.

But it taught me something powerful:

Sometimes the greatest impact comes not from always being present… but from being present WHERE IT MATTERS MOST.

Through conversations.
Through trust.
Through boundaries.
Through the quiet moments nobody sees.

Living, travelling, and working alongside a performer and an entire team also reminded me that high performance doesn’t only challenge the mind…

It challenges your routines.
Your recovery.
Your nutrition.
Your privacy.
Your energy.
And your ability to stay grounded when nothing feels “normal.”

This experience has only strengthened my vision for ANCHOR: creating better mental health and performance support for high-performers through the app I’m currently developing.

And perhaps one of the strongest reminders of all… in an increasingly data-driven and commercially influenced performance world, protecting fairness, transparency, and genuine artistic effort matters more than ever.

Because behind every vote, every number, and every ranking… there are real people who have given everything for those 3 minutes on stage.

And this is only the beginning…
