Last weekend gave me the opportunity to speak in two very different spaces, but about the same core theme.

Across sport, performance, and everyday life, mental health is not just about coping when things go wrong. It’s about how we prepare, adapt, stay grounded, and continue showing up under pressure.
From discussing performance psychology and mental wellbeing on air, to sharing the work behind
ANCHOR, the conversations kept returning to the same question: how do we support people who operate in high-pressure environments to stay human, resilient, and connected to what truly matters?

These moments remind me why this work is important. Because performance without wellbeing is not sustainable, and mental health deserves the same intentional care as physical training.

Grateful for the space to have these conversations, and for everyone who continues to engage with them.
