Mental health isn’t something we should focus on only when things get tough. Just like physical health, it deserves attention, care, and training on a daily basis.
Thanks to the Malta Football Players Association, it was a pleasure to deliver a mental health session with Mdina Knights FC. Sessions like these are about building awareness, resilience, and psychological skills that support performance, wellbeing, and longevity in sport.
Well done to clubs that recognise the importance of proactively supporting their athletes, not just when challenges arise, but as part of everyday development.
