On the 28th of January we officially launched ANCHOR 🤩⚓

ANCHOR is a mental wellbeing platform designed for people who live and work under constant pressure: professionals whose roles involve high responsibility, difficult decisions, and little room to pause.

It is specifically being developed for individuals such as healthcare professionals, first responders, educators, athletes, performing artists, leaders, security and defence personnel, high-performance professionals, and others operating in high-stakes, high-consequence environments.

In simple terms, ANCHOR offers a private digital space to help people manage stress, reconnect with what truly matters, and build psychological flexibility using evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and performance psychology. It is not about “fixing” people, but about supporting them to stay grounded, resilient, and human in demanding environments.

This project is being developed in collaboration with two key contributors: the Ministry of Education, Sport, Youth, Research and Innovation, through Hon. Keith Azzopardi Tanti, and the University of Malta’s AI Department, through Professor Matthew Montebello, combining psychology, ethics, and responsible technology.

Yesterday’s launch marks the beginning of something thoughtful, practical, and deeply needed.
Grateful to everyone who helped make this first step possible. The journey of ANCHOR has just begun…
