Huge humbling and learning experience.
Competing among the natural bodybuilding champions of the Italian regions.
Being unexpectedly called to enter another category (fitbody) additional to my prepared figure category just the day before the competition
Having difficulty to follow instructions on the day as most of it was without a translation so had to use my little duolingo Italian knowledge 
and non-verbals to make sense of what was happening on the day. This messed a lot with my head and my overall confidence for the performance. I could also see my body changing with higher cortisol levels due to this.
But other than that, I am extremely happy with the complete overhaul I have taken my body and mind through throughout the past year and with the performance I have given on stage wearing the beautiful custom made Churpina bikini. The result? ‘6th in Figure and 5th in Fit Body + with a full audience applauding me for such a courageous and kind gesture to enter a completely new category, enabling a pro-card in it…Now it’s time to get a long off-season for an even more competitive body in a few years time.
